Jenny Lake boat ride and Yellowstone's geyser basin

Getting ready to ride the boat across Jenny Lake.

I hope we can come back here someday.  It is supposed to be some of the most beautiful hiking in the country, but time was of the essence.

Made it!!

Waiting for Old Faithful to do its thing.  It was a long wait for some impatient kids.

But well worth it!!

Loving it!

We spent a whole day walking around the geyser basins. So fascinating!! Pools that bubbled, mudpots, prismatic springs. Excelsior geyser crater was my favorite. I could spend days just watching it all.  It was good Josiah was not any younger.  You don't want to lose track of little ones here...too much danger.

Micah enjoying our kitten's namesake: Grand Prismatic Spring.

Steam vent

Bubbling pools of water...
